3. Authorized Use

This service is intended exclusively for finderth Bangkok staff and authorized agents. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading property information
• Use the service for any purpose other than property listing management
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the bot

4. AI-Generated Content

Property data extracted by the AI is provisional and must be reviewed by an authorized agent before publishing. finderth Bangkok is not liable for errors in AI-extracted data.

5. Limitation of Liability

finderth Bangkok provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
