By using the SanCo Bangkok LINE Official Account ("SanCo Bot") or any SanCo Bangkok services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

SanCo Bot is an internal tool that allows authorized SanCo Bangkok agents to submit property listings via LINE. The bot uses AI to extract property information from text, images, and links.

3. Authorized Use

This service is intended exclusively for SanCo Bangkok staff and authorized agents. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading property information
Use the service for any purpose other than property listing management
Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the bot

4. AI-Generated Content

Property data extracted by the AI is provisional and must be reviewed by an authorized agent before publishing. SanCo Bangkok is not liable for errors in AI-extracted data.

5. Limitation of Liability

SanCo Bangkok provides this service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
