SanCo Bangkok is an internal property management platform used by SanCo Bangkok Co., Ltd. and its agents to manage real estate listings and client communications in Thailand.

When you interact with our LINE Official Account ("SanCo Bot"), we may collect:

Your LINE user ID (to identify your account)
Messages and images you send to the bot
Property listing information contained in those messages

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the LINE bot is used solely to:

Create property listing drafts in the SanCo internal platform
Send you automated replies confirming the listing was received

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Access is restricted to authorized SanCo Bangkok staff only.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use our services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
